This is an application for temporary bail to attend Obsequial ceremony of the grandfather of the applicant, which is to be performed on 10th, 13th and 16th day. The grandfather of the applicant has expired on 26th June, 2021.

It is prayed that applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of 15 days.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that the application of the applicant was rejected on

rpa 2/2 16 ia 1692 2021.doc merits. There are other family members to attend the Obsequial ceremony.

Application preferred by the applicant on merits were rejected by this Court. The other family members are on anticipatory bail. No case is made out for grant of temporary bail. Application stands rejected.
