In view of order dated 23/09/2022 passed in WP/8450/2022 thereby granting Caste Certificate in favour of the father of the petitioner viz. Yallappa Koli, it will be appropriate, in our opinion, to direct the respondent no. 3-Assistant Collector, Solapur to issue Caste Certificate to the petitioner as that of belonging to Koli Mahadev. 3.

Let the aforesaid Cast Certificate be issued within a period of six weeks from the date of issuance of this Order. The aforesaid order is passed keeping in mind the reasons recorded by this Court in the order dated 23/09/2022 passed in WP/5484/2022, which pertains to claim for issuance of Caste Certificate moved by the father of the petitioner. 4.
