Report is received from Police Inspector, Ratnagiri Police Station stating that Mr. Riyaz Kazi proprietor M/s. R.K. Mango died on 06.12.2006. The death certificate is enclosed with the report. Initially notice was issued to the respondent No.1 and same was returned unserved.

In view of the report submitted by Police, nothing survives in this appeal and the same is dismissed.
