The Petitioner has approached this Court and prayed for setting aside school Transfer / Leaving Certificate dated 1 April 2017 and 6 April 2017. The Petitioner is the parent of the minor child taking education in Respondent No.1 School under the Management of Respondent No.2.

However, during the pendency of the Petition, the dispute has been amicably resolved between the parties. The Petitioner is personally present in the Court. He has placed Photostat copy of his 1/2

jsn 2 17-wp-5841-2017.sxw PAN Card in support of his identification. The parties have the consent terms on record. The said consent terms is duly signed by the Petitioner, as well as, Respondent Nos. 1 & 2. 3.

Writ Petition stands therefore, disposed of in terms of consent terms, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

The respective undertakings in the consent terms, are treated as undertakings to this Court and accepted.
