Petitioner being under trial prisoner for an offence allegedly committed under the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crimes Act, 1999 (MCOCA) was not entitled to be released on Covid-19 pandemic temporary bail/parole.

Petitioner is at liberty to file an Application for regular bail before the Trial Court, if so advised and permissible under the provisions of law. 3.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
