The relief sought in the Petition is direction for expeditious adjudication of proceeding pertaining to Special Case No.01 of 2017. The proceeding is pending before the learned Special Judge, Daman. The Petitioners has filed an Application for discharge which is pending since 26th October 2021. 2.

In that view of the matter, Petition can be disposed of by directing the Special Court to decide the Application for discharge within a period of three months from today. The learned
