By consent, both the Petitions are disposed as same parties and issues are involved.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, makes statement that National Council for Teacher Education has granted the recognition and permission is granted by the State Government also and affiliation is granted by the Respondent No.1/University. Therefore, nothing survives in these petitions.
