At the outset learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, Police have submitted charge-sheet before the Special Court at Baramati and the same is numbered as Special Case No. 324/2023.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge, before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.

3) Application is accordingly disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
