Tender subject matter of this Writ Petition is for carrying out certain work in Taluka Parola, District Jalgaon. Only because the work falls in the jurisdiction of the Small Scale Irrigation (Water Conservation) Circle, Nashik, this petition cannot be entertained at the Principal Seat at Mumbai. We direct the registry to return the petition to the petitioner for its presentation to the Bench at Aurangabad.

To enable the petitioner to approach the Aurangabad Bench, the ad-interim relief granted earlier is extended by a period of four weeks.
