The learned Counsel submits that the parties to the Appeal have amicably resolved the dispute and Long Cause Suit No.2196 of 2019, in which the impugned order came to be passed, has itself been withdrawn. In view of the aforesaid development, the learned Counsel submits that nothing survives in this Appeal.
