In Crime No.281 of 2015, the present applicants/accused have settled the claim put forth by the complainant Mr. Viraj Vasantrao Kadam. It is subsequent thereto one Mr. Sameer Mody alleged that he has paid an amount of Rs.59,70,960/- to the present applicants towards purchasing of flat. According to the applicants, to buy peace, the applicants are also ready to settle the said account and as such are willing to deposit the amount of Rs.75,00,000/- in this Court in two equal installments. In view thereof, ad-interim protection ordered by this Court is confirmed and the applicants shall attend police station as and when called.

It is clarified that the order is confined only to the extent of claim made in the present case.
