The challenge in this petition is to the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies dated 16.02.2019 by which Respondent No.3 (the Applicant before the Divisional Joint Registrar) has been admitted as a member of the Petitioner society as per the provisions of Section 22(2) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 in respect of subject flat No. 201.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 states that since after the passing of the order, the society has issued a share certificate in favour of Respondent No.3 on 1.11.2020. A copy of the share certificate is produced on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions from Mr. Lokhande, who is the Secretary of the Society states that share certificate has been issued in favour of Respondent No.3 as per the instructions of then Administrator. He did not dispute that now the Administrator has handed over the charge to the Managing Committee.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition, which is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs. C.V. BHADANG, J.
