By an order of even date passed in Writ Petition No.4788 of 2015, we have allowed the petition of petitioner's real brother Ketankumar S/o.Udaysing Suryavanshi. For the reasons recorded while allowing the said petition, the present petition also deserves to be allowed. The petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
