These are applications seeking restoration of the applications seeking leave to appeal which were dismissed for want of prosecution on 23rd April, 2018. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the matter was to be argued by advocate Mr. Sutaria, who was not available on that day for Talwalkar

For the reasons assigned in the applications, the applications deserve to be restored to its original status. Hence, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stand disposed of accordingly.
