M.A. No.1828 of 2016 before the learned Sessions Judge, Pune, this application is simultaneously moved by the Applicants / Accused. Prayer made in this application is only for grant of ad-interim anticipatory bail. When Criminal M.A. No. 1828 of 2016 for the same relief is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Pune, this application cannot be entertained. Hence, this application is disposed of.
