For the reasons stated in the Application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) (B) and (C) which read thus: "(A) This Honourable High Court be pleased to condone the delay of 2 years and 346 days in preferring the present Interim Application.

(B) This Honourable Court be pleased to set aside the abatement of Cross Objection as against Respondent No. 1/2. (C) This Honourable Court be pleased to the permit Applicants to amend the title of Cross-Objejction thereby bringing the names of Applicants as Legal representatives of Respondent No. 1/2."
