Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not dispute that the structure subject matter of the impugned notice dated 19th May 2017 has been demolished. The learned counsel appearing for the second Respondent states that the structure was demolished and in fact, an application for regularization made by the Petitioner has been rejected. He, however, states that the structure has been illegally re-erected by the Petitioner in a

sng wp-5894.17 different form. This contention is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 2.

Now the structure subject matter of the impugned notice has been demolished. There is no reason to entertain this Petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of. Remedies of the Petitioner are kept open.

Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
