By an order dated 9th July 2018 the Applicant was granted interim relief and was exempted from appearing before the Trial Court during the pendency of the present Petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the Revisional Court has fixed the said Revision Application No. 94 of 2018 for hearing on 24th September 2018.

In view thereof, it is advisable for the Trial Court to desist from hearing, till Revision Application No. 94 of 2018 is decided by the Revisional Court.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge is hereby requested to make an endeavour to decide the said Revision Application arising out of an order of issuing process against the Petitioner as early as varsha
46-wp-2183-18 possible.
Till the said Revision is decided, the interim relief granted by Order dated 9th July 2018 shall remain in force. 4.
