Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
By way of present application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad during the period from 01/06/2019 to 31/12/2019 as per the true itinerary mentioned in paragraph 42 of the instant application.

(902)APPANo.7432019.doc It is seen from the perusal of the record that on several earlier occasions, the applicant has been granted such liberty and last such Order passed by this Court on 30th November 2018 is also annexed with the instant application.
In this view of the matter, we are inclined to allow the instant application partly by permitting the applicant to travel to the several countries mentioned in the true itinerary up to 11/10/2019. In view of the fact that the appeal itself is an old appeal riped for final hearing, the Honourable Supreme Court on earlier occasion has directed for expeditious hearing of the appeal. The Registry is directed to place the appeal along with the connected appeal bearing Criminal Appeal No.878 of 2002 for final hearing in the week commencing from 8th July 2019. The applicant is directed to furnish the undertaking to the effect that if within the period of 11/10/2019 personal appearance of the applicant is required before this Court, he shall make himself available at the time of hearing of the appeal. The applicant to furnish further undertaking to the effect that he shall return to India on or before 11/10/2019.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
