Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend for challenging the order dated 19th February 2015 passed by the Executing Court. Such amendment cannot be permitted in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2.

We, accordingly, dispose of this Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings for challenging the order dated 19th February 2015. All contentions on merits are kept open.
