This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring Revision Application. The applicant has been convicted for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. It is submitted that applicant no.1 is in custody since October 2015. There is a delay of about 149 days in preferring Criminal Revision Application. For the reasons stated in the application, delay in preferring Criminal Revision Application Stamp No.322 of 2016 is condoned. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
