Pursuant to the complaint lodged before the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the CrPC and in view of the directions of the investigation issued therein, offence came to be registered against the petitioner vide Crime No.419, 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 469, 471, 474, 323, 327, 329, 330, 331, 352, 385, 386, 387, 388, 403, 404, 447, 448, 449, 450, 451, 503, 504, 506, 201, 149 r/w 34 of the IPC.

Learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer has placed on record photocopy of the communication dated 28th June, 2023 thereby stating that after the investigation, no evidence could be discovered so as to form an opinion that the petitioner is involved in the commission of offence in question.
