By way of present Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a writ directing the Respondent Authorities to hold fresh CET of B. Ed on the ground that the examination of the dates of CET Examination and the B.Sc examination of the Petitioner clashed.

Merely because in some individual cases two examinations happened to be on one day cannot be a ground to direct the examining authority to hold the test again and that too for one candidate. We find the Petition to be hopelessly without any merit and as such dismissed.
