By order dated 13th April, 2017 this Court had directed the Petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.3,04,733/- with the Respondent within four weeks from the date of the order. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in pursuant to the said order the Petitioner has deposited sum of Rs.50,000/-. He has submitted that he was unable to deposit the balance amount due to financial constrain. He therefore, seeks extension of time.

2. Considering the averments made in the application the time to deposit the balance amount is extended by a period of three weeks from the date of this order.
