By this review petition, the review petitioner seeks review of the order and judgment dated 5th February, 2015 passed by Shri Justice M.S. Sonak allowing the writ petition filed by the respondents. Though the review petition was filed on 8th June, 2015, the same was not moved for admission till 9th January, 2018 though Shri Justice M.S. Sonak was sitting at Mumbai during this period. Be that as it may, the petitioners seek the review of the order on merits of the judgment delivered by this Court and is not able to point out any error apparent on the face of the order.
