The papers are produced for seeking extension of interim relief granted during the pendency of the Criminal Application. It is submitted that the applicant proposed to challenge the order before the higher Court. The reasoned order is not ready. Interim relief was granted during the pendency of Criminal application on 02.07.2018. Hence, interim relief may be continued for a period of three weeks.

In view of the submission, interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2018 is continued for a period of three weeks from the date of uploading the reasoned order.
