Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that offence under FIR No. 10 of 2012 is pending investigation till date and no chargesheet is filed against the accused persons. As such directions are sought to that effect.

Learned APP seeks time to respond to the claim put forth by the petitioner.

We see no reason to adjourn the matter. The matter can be conveniently disposed of with the following directions : (a) If the Investigating Officer has not submitted any final nilegaonkar 1/2

20-2481.2019.odt report in accordance with the provisions of Cr.P.C. in the aforesaid matter, it is expected of him to submit the same within a period of ten weeks from today with an intimation (written) about the same to the petitioner.
