Heard. This application is for extension of time to vacate the suit premises as per order dated 03.05.2016 passed by this court in the Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is carrying on a business of laundry from the suit premises. He submits that despite all efforts being made, there is huge stock of cloths lying in the suit premises. The learned counsel for the respondent opposed the Civil Application.

He makes a statement that the suit structure has been demolished on 06.06.2016 and nothing survives in the Civil Application.
