Office remark shows that respondents no.1A to 1C and 2 are served. Respondent no.1A is represented by Advocate.

Mr. Gadekar submitted that by order dated 14.11.2014, Appeal was admitted as it raises substantial questions of law as formulated in that order. On the same day, in the above application Rule was issued and parties were directed to maintain status-quo in respect of possession as of that date till

2/2 CAS/1125/2014 further orders. Till further orders, the respondents were restrained from creating third party rights, title and interest in respect of the suit land. No reply is filed opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application as also having regard to the fact that Second Appeal is admitted, Ad-interim order dated 14.11.2014 shall operate as interim order pending Second Appeal.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
