1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and respondents. 2] This application is filed seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court. 3] The original claimants are widow and children of the deceased.

4] Considering the requirement of the applicants, applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court, subject to furnishing usual undertaking. 5] The remaining amount of compensation be invested in any 1/2

6] Amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court, be transferred to the Tribunal.

7] Application is disposed off.
