This is the 6th application seeking extension of time to furnish surety as directed by this Court vide order dated 19th March 2018.
Since learned counsel for the applicant made a statement that the verification report of the sureties is pending with the Tahasildar, Motala, District Buldhana, learned A.P.P was directed to take instructions on the last date. Learned A.P.P has today tendered a report of the Tahsildar, Motala, Buldhana stating that the verification is done and accordingly a report was sent to the concerned court on SQ Pathan 1/2
appp.736.19.929.doc 17th January 2019. The said report is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. A xerox copy of the said report is furnished to the learned counsel for the applicant to enable him to take appropriate steps before the concerned court.
The verification report shows that the sureties' applications have been verified and a positive report has been sent to the trial Court. It is expected that the trial Court will take immediate and prompt steps to consider the said sureties and take appropriate decision thereon.
Accordingly, time is extended by a period of 8 weeks from today to enable the applicant to complete the said process. Application is accordingly disposed of.
