This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.4283/2010 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by an Order dated 3rd October 2019.

There is a delay of 600 days in filing the present Application. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for restoration of Writ Petition.
