P.C.:- The present Application was filed prior to the filing of complaint/final report by the NCB.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, as per his instructions, the investigation of the present crime is practically completed and the Investigating Agency is in the process of filing charge sheet/final report before the Court of competent jurisdiction. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is disposed off as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
