The contention of the Petitioner is that there is no material placed on record against him in the charge-sheet. If that be so, the Petitioner can agitate the same in the application for discharge. Therefore, we decline to entertain this Petition. However, the remedy of the Petitioner to apply for discharge is kept open. All contentions on merits are kept open. The Petition is disposed of.
