The advocate for the Applicant submits that by this application the Applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No. 5268 of 2021.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in interim application, we are satisfied that, the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this application. Hence, the following order:

The interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"b. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend the Exhibit-A annexed to the Writ Petition as per the Schedule I annexed hereto;" b.

The Applicant to carry out amendment on or before 18/09/2021. c.

If amendment is carried out within the time, the Applicant is directed to serve amended copy of the petition on the other side thereafter, on or before 24/09/2021 and file affidavit of service to that effect.

If amended copy is served within the time, liberty granted to the Respondents to file their reply/additional reply if any, on or before 30/09/2021, with copy to other side.

e.

Liberty granted to the Petitioners to file rejoinder, if any, on or before 08/10/2021, with copy to other side.

Interim application stands disposed of accordingly. g.

Writ petition to appear on board on 12/10/2021. h.
