The above Writ Petition takes exception to the order dated 18.05.2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, by which order the interim application for stay came to be rejected by the Additional Commissioner. It is required to be noted that the Lower Authorities have all passed orders against the Petitioner. It is probable in view thereof that the Additional Commissioner did not deem it appropriate to grant any interim relief to the Petitioner pending the said Revision Application. In my view, without interfering with the impugned order, but by directing the Additional Commissioner to dispose of the Revision Application within a particular time frame, the above Petition can be disposed of. The Additional Commissioner, Pune who has now kept the BGP.

WP-5109-15.doc 15.06.2015 Revision Application for hearing on 22.06.2015 is directed to hear and decide the same latest by 31.08.2015. Needless to state that the said proceeding to be decided on its merits and in accordance with law uninfluenced by the rejection of the application for interim stay. It would be open for the Petitioner to apply for a joint hearing of pending Revision Application filed by the Petitioner along with the above Revision Application. The said Revision Application also to be disposed with the above Revision Application. In view thereof, it would be just and proper to direct the authority to dispose of both the Revision Applications by the date stipulated as above i.e. 31.08.2015.
