Petitioner being under trial prisoner for an offence allegedly committed under the provisions of The Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 (NDPS) was not entitled to be released on Covid-19 pandemic temporary bail/parole.

Petitioner is at liberty to file an Application for regular bail before the Trial Court, if so advised and permissible under the provisions of law. 3.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
