Heard the learned counsel appointed for the applicant. Perused the judgment delivered by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangli in Regular Criminal Case No. 352 of 2005 thereby acquitting the accused of the offences punishable under Sections 166, 167, 188, 199 and 500 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The matter can be decided on merits finally at a later stage. Upon perusal of the judgment more particularly from para 44

Dusane 2/2 21 alp 276.2013.doc of the judgment onwards, this Court is of the opinion that the application granting leave to appeal deserves to b+e allowed. By way of interim relief, Clause "3" of the operative order deserves to be stayed till the final hearing of the appeal. The appeal is admitted. Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that he would furnish a private paper-book within eight weeks from today. The matter be finally heard on 6th June 2019. ( Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J)
