A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Corporation for removal of clerical errors in the judgment. The suggestions for removal of clerical errors have been given to us and we find that there are indeed clerical errors, and therefore, they need to be removed by making necessary corrections in the relevant paragraphs. Accordingly, it is directed that the corrections be made to the judgment delivered by this Court on 20 th October, 2023 as per the handwritten suggestions made in the copy of the judgment, which is tendered to us by the learned counsel for the Corporation.
