The learned APP states that the Petition is filed for Emergency (Covid-19) Parole. The learned APP states that, though the Petitioner who has sought Emergency (Covid-19) Parole, is not entitled to the same in the light of conviction under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, the Petition does not survive in view of the fact that the Petitioner is granted regular bail on 2 August 2021. Accepting the statement the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
