At the outset, learned A.P.P states that as of today, the Investigating Officer does not intend to arrest any of the applicant. He, however, submits that in the event, the Investigating Officer intends to arrest the applicants, he shall give 48 hours prior notice to the applicants. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 2.
