The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition if the representations of the Petitioners with CIDCO and Government are decided against the Petitioners.

Learned AGP for the Respondents-State and learned counsel for the Respondent-CIDCO are present.

In the light of prayer made, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on fresh cause of action. In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Interim Application Nos.10090 of 2022 and 10089 of 2022 do not survive and the same are disposed of accordingly.
