The present application is filed for appointment of any officer of this Court as Commissioner of Shree Ekveera Devi Trust and complete election procedure of Shree Ekveera Devi Trust. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Applicants and non applicants that this Court had appointed Shri S. L. Kapse, Asst. Prothonotary and Senior Master as a Commissioner for conducting election of Shree Ekveera Devi Trust. He cannot act as a Commissioner due to his personal reasons. Shri Ketan K. Trivedi has attended age of superannuation on 31/05/2022 and now there is nobody for conducting election of Shree Ekveera Devi Trust.

We appoint Shri Suhas R. Paranjpe, Additional Registrar/Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master as a Commissioner to commence and complete election procedure of Shree Ekveera Devi Trust. 5.

Interim application No. 3744 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
