The appellant herein who was the plaintiff in Special Civil Suit No.2885 of 2014 has challenged the order dated 20th April, 2015 whereby the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Borivali Division, Mumbai has declined to grant ad-interim relief. 2.

The learned counsels for the respective parties have submitted that the motion is fixed for hearing on 14th March, 2018. They submit that without prejudice to the rights and contentions, the respective parties shall maintain status-quo till the disposal of the

The appeal is disposed of in the light of the above statement. Civil Application No.997 of 2015 does not survive in view of disposal of the appeal.
