By the present Petition, the Petitioner had prayed for relief of parole leave due to Covid-19 pandemic.

It is matter of fact and well within the realm of all that the Covid - 19 pandemic has ceased its severity.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, by a Circular dated 10th February 2022 issued by the Competent Authority, the benefit of Covid-19 Pandemic parole has been stopped.

In view thereof, the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
