In view of said statement made by the learned APP, Mr. Chinmay Patil, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court. 3.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
