After hearing the matter for sometime, this Court is of the view that the present appeal can be disposed of by directing the learned First Appellate Court to decide the Appeal No.277 of 2022 pending before it in a time bound manner.

The learned First Appellate Court is requested to dispose of Appeal No.277 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from today on its own merits and in accordance with the law. Till then, the parties to maintain the
