By an order dated 3rd May 2019, this Court has directed to Dean of Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals to constitute 1 / 3

medical group and submit a report to this Court. Accordingly, the medical report has been received. As per the medical report, the Committee which was constituted as condition as under :- "Patient was carefully examined and previous USG Reports were evaluated. USG and MRI was done at Sir J.J. Hospital, Mumbai on 06/05/2019. Opinions of Radiologist, Neurologist, Paediatrician, Neurosugeon, Paedi Atric Surgeon, Obstetrician and Psychiatrist were taken.

Considering above, Committee feels that at this stage of development, fetus does not show neurological abnormality as shown in previous USG done on 25/4/2019 at Dr. R.N. Cooper Hospital, Mumbai. Pregnancy has already reached 25 weeks of Gestation and is without any significant fetal abnormality, on USG and MRI dated 06/05/2019. Therefore it would be advisable to continue 2 / 3

pregnancy, since it has already crossed the legal limit of medical termination of pregnancy i.e. 20 weeks."

In these circumstances, we do not find this is a fit case to grant any relief.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he is not interested in pressing this Petition. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
