Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application is moved for limited purpose for modification of condition imposed upon the applicant by the learned trial Court while releasing the applicant on bail, directing to execute P.R.bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety in like amount.

The learned APP on instructions, has no objection for modification, as prayed for.

It is an admitted fact that the prosecutrix involved in the case is aged 24 years, and the charge-sheet is already filed. In

Tilak 2/2 (921)APPLN-320-16 that view of the matter, and having considering the limited prayer, as aforesaid, the application is allowed.

The applicant involved in Crime No.23/16 registered with Samtanagar Police Station, shall be released on bail on his executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, and/or in alternative shall be released on bail on his executing cash security to the extent of Rs.30,000/- and shall furnish one or two sureties within a period of two weeks.

Application is accordingly disposed of as allowed. Needless to say that rest of the conditions remains as it is.

Parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by Sheristedar of this Court.
