We find from a reading of the Bombay High Court (Appellate Side) Rules, 1980 that the relief that the petitioner claims in this writ petition can be granted by a single Judge. The petitioner is challenging a quasi-judicial order passed under section 152A of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act,1960 by the Returning

Rng 2 AS.WP5068.15 Officer/Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies. That is dealing with an appeal against the rejection of nomination papers to contest elections of a Co-operative society.

It is in these circumstances the Registry shall place this writ petition before a single Judge assigned with writ petitions under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India as per the present Roaster.
